Jordan’s Approach to Physiotherapy
Jordan assesses and treats each of his patients using a holistic approach, focusing on patient education and long-term rehabilitation to ensure ongoing benefits beyond injury recovery.
With a wealth of knowledge in Sports Physiotherapy, Jordan draws on his experience working with professional sports teams including the Parramatta Eels (NRL), Wentworthville Magpies (NSW Cup) and Sydney University Football (WNPL1). Further experiences attending courses run by the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Sports Medicine Australia, and working alongside Sydney’s leading Orthopaedic Surgeons have enhanced Jordan’s practice methods. He is also accredited to perform trigger point dry needling for myofascial pain.
The foundations of Jordan’s success come from his work alongside Australia’s leading Specialist Physiotherapists. This has refined his practice and lead to the successful rehabilitation of many patients.
While Jordan has enjoyed working with professional athletes, his passion lies in helping everyday people achieve optimal health outcomes. Whether it be weekend sporting injuries or chronic shoulder pain, he provides the highest quality of care and evidence-based treatments to reduce pain, boost performance and improve overall health and well-being.
In his spare time, Jordan enjoys competitive sports of all kinds. He spent many years swimming competitively at an elite level, enjoys playing indoor soccer, and is an avid fan of the English Premier League.
