Bulk Bill Physiotherapy

At Benefit Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic we provide bulk billed physiotherapy services for eligible customers. This helps improve the access of physiotherapy services to the greater community. Bulk billing physio is funded by Medicare and is available for eligible conditions.

To be eligible for bulk billed physiotherapy services, patients will require a referral from their doctor with a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan (previously known as Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans). The referral provided by your doctor will allow you to gain access to our bulk bill physio Parramatta services.

To process these claims you must email your Chronic Disease Management referral form prior to your appointment. We will process the claim, saving you the hassle of doing the paperwork. No gap payment will be charged for this service.

Bulk Billing Terms & Conditions

A no gap Bulk Billing service will be provided with an eligible EPC or CDM plan from your general practioner. This form must be emailed to us prior to your appointment.

No gap Bulk Billed appointments are only available between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. EPC/CDM plans can still be used outside of these hours with a gap payment.

All Bulk Billed payments will be processed on the morning of the appointment. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

A maximum of 5 Bulk Billed appointments can be used per calendar year.

I visited the clinic with a pain on my heel due to a back injury. Jordan helped me correct the issue. He advised me to carry on certain stretches and exercise which he used to send me immediately after the visit.
